Three-Year Plans

3-Year Plan Submission Guidelines

All student organizations requesting the use of segrated funds are required to present their budgets and three-year plans to the Student Activities Board. These plans are presented along with the fee request during the spring semester. Each plan is to include:

1. An organization summary that includes the group's mission statement, history of the organization, deliverables to the student body, audience being served, accomplishments, and challenges and opportunities.
2. The organization's three-year goals, including objectives, strategies and measures of success.
3. The organization's operations plan, including the structure of the group, operating procedures, member's benefits and responsibilities, a list of officers and active members, and a list of activities and events from the year.
4. A funding plan that includes a budget summary, the budget request, a year two and year three estimate, any major incentives, and any one-time or capital needs.

The following three-year plans were submitted to the Student Activities Board during the 2011-12 budget deliberations (these plans can be downloaded and viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader). You may want to use these plans as a general format template when building your own organizational plan.
