Web Publishing Request Form

Postings to this site are not to include personal subject matter unrelated to the college, or to be used for personal gain. Use of the MATC site is subject to the terms of the MATC User ID Agreement requested of all users of the college computer network.

Use this form to request items to be publish to the MATC web site or to request information to be linked to the MATC site. Requests will be prioritized by the Web Advisory Committee.

Instructions for Submission

  1. Determine your primary audience — Public, Instructional or Employee (see the audience descriptions below for assistance). If necessary, review the MATC Publishing Guidelines for your audience.
  2. Read, complete and submit the online Web Publishing Request Form below. You will be contacted by the appropriate Web Coordination Team member to discuss your needs.
  3. Large, complex projects will need an official Web Strategies Project Request Form (PDF, 40 KB) submitted and approved. The Web Coordination Team member will let you know if this form is required for your request.

**If your information is intended for posting to prospective students or the general public, even if the primary audience is internal, the guidelines for Public pages will apply to your pages. The MATC Institutional Marketing and Public Relations Department must review and approve all public pages as stated in these guidelines.
