Reporting Lab Issues

Lab issues need to be reported under the appropriate Lab ID.  Lab passwords are the same as the ID.  Refer to the table below for Lab ID/Password information.

To receive notification when problem is resolved please include name and phone number under details.

Report Lab issues by calling the help desk at (608) 246-6666 (6666 on campus).
