What is a OneCard?

The MATC OneCard is:

• Your student ID for the next 20 years.
• Your Meal Plan and Flex Account card.
• Your library card at MATC libraries.
• Your access to receive a Madison Metro Bus Pass.
• Your admission ticket to many school-sponsored activities and sporting events.
• Your access card to student pricing and discounts at many businesses (everything from airline tickets to computer software).

What do I need to get a OneCard?

To get a OneCard, you will need to: 1) Be enrolled in at least one degree credit course; 2) Have paid for your course; 3) Present a CURRENT and Valid Drivers License, State ID, Passport or Military ID.

Where do I get a OneCard?

You can get a OneCard from the Campus Security Services Office, Room 117 and Downtown Room D116, or your regional campus office.

What if I lose my OneCard

Lost or stolen OneCards may be replaced for $20.00 by visiting any of the OneCard photo locations listed above.

OneCard terms and conditions

The MATC OneCard is the property of Madison Area Technical College.

The rights and privileges associated with the card are non-transferable.

The card should be carried at all times and presented to an MATC official upon request.

The cardholder is responsible for reporting lost or stolen cards immediately to the OneCard Office.

The first card is issued at no charge. Replacement cards are issued for $20.00. If the card is defective at no fault of the user, the replacement fee may be waived.
