Club Registration & Orientation Information

Club Registration

To renew your club registration, download and complete the Club Registration Form (PDF format) and the Club Signature Form (PDF format). Both forms are due in the Student Life Office by Sept. 28. Both forms must be on file with the Student Life Office annually on Sept. 28 from all clubs that intend to be active for the upcoming year. 

New clubs formed after the September 28 deadline should go to the Starting a New Club page for information on how to get started and register as a club at MATC. 

Club Orientation

Every year in September there is a Club Orientation held at both the Truax and Downtown Madison campuses.  This year the orientations are scheduled for:

Monday, Sept. 10 at Truax

Tuesday, Sept. 11, Room D315 at DTEC

We request that at least one student leader and/or club advisor attend the orientation. At the orientation students and advisors will learn about club renewal/registration information. The orientation will also provide your club representatives with information regarding changes and updates that impact club activities such as club funding, upcoming events, travel information, and fundraising. You will also receive the updated club handbook.

Unable to Attend an Orientation Session?

Please have at least one student or advisor attend one of this year's orientation sessions, if you cannot find a fellow advisor or student to be present at one of the dates, please review the items in the Club Handbook before renewing your club registration.
