Media & Communications Scholarship
Communications could be anything involving writing or speaking, right? What StraightForward Media is referring to are programs such as journalism, broadcasting, advertising, speech, mass communication, marketing, speechwriting, ect. But you shouldn’t consider this to be a comprehensive list of what does and doesn’t constitute “media and communications,” especially since the structure of these programs vary widely from school to school. If you think there’s reason to doubt what they consider to be communication, explain it in your essay. One scholarship worth $500 is available. Deadline to apply is Sept. 30. Applications are available online at www.straightforwardmedia.com.

Tylenol Scholarship
Applicants will be judged on leadership qualities and academic performance. Twenty $5,000 and 150 $1,000 scholarships are available. Deadline to apply is Sept. 30. Applications are available at www.tylenolscholarship.com.
