United Common Ground

The Educational Programming Board (EPB) Presents A Black History Month Celebration, February 15 from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Truax Cafeteria. It's a celebration of cultural song, dance, spoken word and musical performances.

United Common Ground

United Common Ground is a student-led programming group that will develop, implement, and host learning programs on diversity, multiculturalism, and contemporary issues through: demonstrating tolerance, empowering students, building unity, and promoting diversity.
Joining United Common Ground means joining a team dedicated to making a difference through educational/social programs and events. You will make new friends, learn important organizing skills and get a chance to meet interesting performers and speakers.

Cultural Cafe

Cultural Cafe will be held one Thursday a month throughout the school year. These events feature a menu of authentic dance, music and art from a variety of world cultures.

Throughout the school year, United Common Ground will hold a variety of special events. Those events include:

Set. 12 - Hispanic Heritage Month

Oct. 18 - Urban Cultural Jam

Nov. 1 - Day of the Dead Commemoration

Dec. 6 - International Holiday Bazaar

Feb. 7 - Black History Month Celebration

April 22 - Cultural Blast
