Graphic Request Form

Student organizations, events or activities sponsored by the Center for Student Life can submit graphic requests for marketing and promotional materials such as posters, table tents and web graphics.  To submit a request, please complete the following form. 

Deadlines and Procedures

Completed requests are assigned to student graphic designers each week at 1:00 PM on Fridays.  Therefore, any request that is submitted during the week will be assigned at 1:00 PM each Friday.  All requests must be submitted by 12:59 PM on Friday will be considered.  After a design request has been assigned, a student graphic designer will provide a first or second draft of the document by the following Friday (approximately seven days later.)  Please plan accordingly.

If you have a design concept that you would like for a graphic designer to consider, please provide a sketch of your concept directly to the graphic designer or E-Mail is to jwiedenhoeft[at] matcmadison [dot] edu after completing this form.  Feel free to submit pictures, logos or any other materials you would like included in the design.
