    Madison College's Strategic Framework

Madison College has had a year of great accomplishment and severe challenges. While Madison College has begun moving forward with implementing a building and renovation program associated with the passage of the largest referendum in Wisconsin’s history, we also faced significant challenges associated with the most recent state budget and related policies that have been implemented by the  governor and legislature. Despite these challenges, our priority remains to meet the needs of students and employers in Southcentral Wisconsin.

Our Three year Strategic Plan reflects the thought and hard work of a wide range of people including: the board, faculty, staff, students, administrators, alumni, and community stakeholders. This plan reflects the focus and philosophy of our college, which serve as the basis for the College End Statements, Guiding Principles and individual Unity Plans college-wide.

    Our top 3 priorities 2011 – 2014 are:

    1. Meet the access, learning and workforce needs of our students and community.

    2. Retain students to completion

    3. Improve facilities, systems and processes while meeting fiscal challenges.

    Strategic Vision:

Transforming lives, one at a time

    Strategic Mission:

Madison College provides accessible, high quality learning experiences that serve the community.
