Devi Bhargava Memorial International Student Scholarship

The application deadline has been extended to February 8, 2012.

The Devi Bhargava Memorial International Student Scholarship recognizes students who display both outstanding achievements on the academic level as well as enthusiastic participation in Madison's international community.  One $500 scholarship is awarded each Spring semester to a Madison College international student who is currently attending on a student visa.Strengthen your application starting in the Fall semester by being actively involved with the Center for International Education and/or World Student Association initiatives!
 

"Make your Mark" Scholarship from LewerMark

The application deadline is March 5, 2012.

The "Make your Mark" scholarship is offered every Spring by the LewerMark health insurance company, which is the group health insurance required for Madison College F-1 visa-holding international students. This year, three cash prizes ($1,250, $1,000 and $750) will be awarded based on a 500 word essay that adresses the question, "How will an international education help me make a difference in the world?"

Continuing Students Foundation Scholarships

The deadline for Spring 2012 has passed. Fall 2012 scholarship applications will be accepted starting in January 2012.

 Madison College Foundation Scholarships are made possible through charitable gifts to the Madison College Foundation and available to any Madison College student currently enrolled in at least six credits or who has completed at least six credits previously.

Please note: When filling out a Continuing Student Scholarship Application, international students do not need to complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) as indicated in Step 6 of the "Steps to Apply" section of the application. International students should instead indicate in the "Additional Considerations" portion of the application that "As an international student I am not eligible to complete a FAFSA." Additionally, indicate your financial need in this section.
