Madison College Retention Plan Feedback

    Printer-friendly versionPDF version

As you are aware, the college is moving forward in the development of a Retention Plan, which will align with our strategic goals: to increase enrollments, retain students, increase the number of graduates, improve completion rates and impact the financial stability of the college.

The Retention Plan proposes a targeted outcome of increasing retention 8.2% over three years. Additionally, there were seven root factors identified as to why a student may not re-enroll or complete their education here. Our planned retention direction and activities will seek to positively impact these factors leading to student success.

Please provide us your feedback or suggestions below. If you have supporting documentation you would like to share with us, you can upload it at the bottom. If you have a system in place that is working well for you or your area, we would love to hear about it!

    Thank you,
    Retention Committee
