Real Estate Continuing Education

For the 2011-2012 biennium, Madison Area Technical College is pleased to announce its offerings for Real Estate Continuing Education. These requirements apply to all licensed salespersons and brokers, and are required to be completed on or before December 14, 2012. All of our course offerings are online and are three (3) continuing education credits each. A total of 18 credits are now required for this biennium.

If you have never taken a class here before, be sure to create a student account before trying to register.

Online courses:

Students in online courses must activate their network and email accounts to access the course. If you have not yet activated your accounts, click “myMadisonCollege” at the top of this page and follow the instructions under Student Initial Login. Make note of your login name and passwords for future use. Return to the home page, look for the Blackboard link, and make sure you are able to log in to email and Blackboard. Your online course may not appear until the actual start date of the class. You will receive more information from the instructor via your student email and/or Blackboard.
