Speaker Brings Important Message to Madison College

Crime and violence is a campus concern...with a campus solution. 

At 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, nationally-known speaker Erin Weed will give a free presentation entitled "Students Fight Back" in the Truax Student Lounge. The goal is to stop violence at America’s colleges and universities.

The program will teach students how to detect violent people, trust their intuition, and look-out for the safety of fellow students. Then comes the fun part...interactive physical self-defense instruction!
