Madison College Student, Instructor Headed to ACF Nationals!

Nationals here we come! The Madison College culinary team took
home a silver medal in the recent American Culinary Federation
regional competition in Detroit.
Marissa Bertram (pictured) won Student of the Year! Marissa will now compete in this summer's national ACF competition in Orlando. Part-time instructor and alumna Julia Julian is also headed to nationals. Julia was named Pastry Chef of the Year!
Congratulations to the Madison College culinary team and chefs Paul and John on a wonderful year.
