What is a Program Discovery Session?

Program Discovery Sessions are provided by Academic Advisors for each program office. They are designed to offer basic information on a program such as curriculum, possible career outcomes and admission requirements. Some sessions include visits from faculty and site tours.

    Who should attend?

Any student, whether new, changing programs or transitioning into a program. The sessions are primarily for students who have chosen a program and want more information on the program curriculum, careers, requirements for entry or the application process and deadlines. If you are unsure of which program to choose we suggest you attend a Jumpstart session first. If you have been accepted into a Program and need help choosing classes, make an appointment with an Advisor directly.

    When are the sessions offered?

The Program Discovery Sessions are available throughout the semester. Sessions vary in length depending on the program, they typically last between 1 and 2 hours. Sessions are offered free of charge, however registration is required.

How do I register for a session?
