    The Supervisory Management & Leadership Degree Program is designed to meet the increasing demand for trained supervisors. All types of organizations (manufacturing, government, and service) will require supervisors trained in management, leadership and employee development. Students will increase their knowledge and skills in leadership, communications, team building, employee motivation, critical thinking, creative problem solving, performance assessment, conflict management, coaching, managing priorities, building productive working relationships, project management, conducting effective meetings and many more supervisory and leadership techniques and tools.

     

    Program at a Glance

    • Participants can maintain full time employment while completing the degree part time
    • Student success is facilitated through the use of proven, activity-based, adult learning techniques that focus on practical application of concepts
    • Students are encouraged to be active participants in their own learning process
