Chapter President
The chapter president is responsible for creating the meeting agendas and leading the meetings, appointing and establishing any necessary committees and developing the chapter goals. The chapter president also works on preparing and submitting the chapter's Five-Star application paperwork, oversees chapter projects and submits relevant reports to Phi Theta Kappa headquarters.

Vice President of Scholarship
The officer in this position oversees all Phi Theta Kappa Honors Study Topic activities, coordinates the chapter's participation in the Honors Satellite Seminars, coordinates the preparation of the Scholarship Hallmark Entry, coordinates opportunities for students to gain access to scholarship information helping to guide students to the necessary information and encourages and recognizes academic excellence in all students.

Vice President of Leadership
The officer in this position oversees all leadership activities within the chapter, directs the chapter in the use of parliamentary procedures for chapter meetings, coordinates activities that encourage the development of leadership skills and coordinates the preparation of the Leadership Hallmark Entry.

Vice President of Service
The officer in this position oversees all International Service Program activities, develops and coordinates activities that promote volunteerism and community service, reports on service projects to headquarters and coordinates the preparation of the Service Hallmark Entry.

Vice President of Fellowship
The officer in this position encourages scholarly fellowship at all levels of the Society, implements strategies to increase membership acceptance, enrolls the chapter in the Pinnacle Scholarship Awards Program, coordinates the chapter's Enhanced Membership participation program and coordinates the preparation of the Fellowship Hallmark Entry.
