Welcome to Phi Theta Kappa Chapter Beta Beta Psi

Phi Theta Kappa is an international honor society for two-year colleges which recognizes and encourages scholarship among two-year college students. To achieve this purpose, Phi Theta Kappa provides opportunities for developing leadership and service skills, exchanging ideas and ideals in an intellectual climate, developing lively friendships between scholars, and stimulating interest in continuing academic excellence.

Awards

In Fall 2009, Beta Beta Psi Chapter was the recipient of the Phi Theta Kappa Pinnacle Award. This award recognizes chapters and regions for successfully increasing membership. The award includes a quantity of scholarships for future new member induction fees based on the amount of membership increase when the award is presented. Beta Beta Psi Chapter's membership increased in Fall 2009 by 25% over the previous year.
