The Programs and Activities Council is interested in hearing from you. Please take the time to complete our brief survey and return it to the Student Life Office, Traux Room 140 or Downtown D125. Let us know:

What you like about the events we provide.

What you don't like about them.

What we can do to make it easier for you to attend or participate.

How you prefer to be notified about our upcoming events.

Be sure to include your e-mail address on the survey if you would like to be notified of upcoming PAC events. You can send your comments by e-mail to PAC[at] matcmadison [dot] edu. If you are providing feedback about a specific event, please include the name of the performer and the date of the event.

Everyone who completes a survey and includes their name and e-mail address will be entered in a drawing for special prizes at the end of the school year. Winners will be notified by e-mail and listed on this web site.
