Baking/Pastry Arts
Create mouth-watering treats in our hands-on laboratory kitchens and learn bakery operations and management in our bakeshop. Learn the basics of baking but also explore the finer pastry arts.
Culinary Arts
Train for an exciting and creative career in food presentation and preparation. Get experience in business management as you develop hands-on skills in our kitchen laboratory and gourmet dining room. Our students consistently win top honors in regional and national collegiate culinary competitions.
Food Service Production
Learn food planning and preparation in this program. Get the basics on food production in both large and small venues. This program provides the first year towards the Culinary Arts associate degree.
Hotel & Restaurant Management
Prepare to climb the management career ladder with the skills you learn in this program. Get business management, organizational, human relations, communication, budgeting and leadership training to enter this exciting career field.
Meeting and Event Management

Certificates
Health Club Technician Certificate
Gain the skills you need to qualify for employment as a personal trainer, fitness instructor or activity director in health clubs and recreational centers. Prepare to take certifications for the American Red Cross and the American Council on Exercise (ACE) upon completion of this certificate.
