    Accounting

    Build the skills you’ll need for accounting positions in business and industry, government agencies and public accounting firms. Learn accounting principles, financial law and business management skills.

    Accounting Assistant

    Prepare for a career in a small business or a business accounting department. Develop bookkeeping, record keeping and reporting skills. Credits earned in this program apply to the Accounting associate degree.

    Finance

    Prepare to for ground-floor opportunities in banks, savings and loans, finance companies, credit unions, real estate firms and more. Learn to apply critical thinking skills to clarify and address financial issues and develop an understanding of financial principles and processes.

    Gain the skills and experience you’ll need for a career in financial services industry. Learn about financial services with an emphasis on lending practices as well as customer service and other business skills.

     

    Start Smart at Madison College

    Attend Transfer U to satisfy the first two years of general education requirements and continue on for your bachelor’s degree at another college or university, including UW-Madison. When compared directly with nine other Madison area colleges, full-time Madison College Transfer U students save an average of nearly $11,000 a year in tuition and fees.
