Madison College's Malika Monger is on the cover of this month's Wisconsin Woman magazine.
Malika is our Employment and Workforce Diversity Administrator. She talks about being committed to diversity and breaking down barriers.
Besides her job at Madison College, Malika is also involved with Dane Dances, a weekly multicultural gathering atop Monona Terrace each August.
