1)
THEATER CHARGES Per Hour (unless otherwise noted)

a)
Facility Use Fee is $45 per hour.
b) Percentage Fee 7% of adjusted gross income (Assessed on all
income derived from event, including, but no limited to admission fees,
registration fees, donations, concessions, novelty sales, etc. "Adjusted
Gross Income" is defined as gross income less sales taxes.)

a)
Spotlights $10.00 (per unit per hour)
b) Lighting/Power Hook-Up $40.00 (basic) $75.00 (advanced)
c) Sound System $25.00 (basic) $75.00 (medium) $150 (Full Concert
Package)
d) Kawai Baby Grand Piano $75.00 (flat fee + $85 Tuning)
e) Slide Projector $ 5.00 (flat fee per day)
f) Overhead Projector $ 5.00 (flat fee per day)
g) 1/2" VCR $10.00 (flat fee per day)
h) 3/4" VCR $10.00 (flat fee per day)
i) Video Projector $100 (flat fee per day)

CONCESSION SERVICE The Mitby Theater reserves the
right to sell concessions at your event. All proceeds to be retained by
MATC. Determined on per show basis. |

BOX OFFICE SERVICE The service includes Box Office staff (does not include
ushers), tickets, service, and ticket accountability. Box Office service
is based on availability, see Box Office Service Agreement. |
a)
Box Office Service $200 (For each performance)
b) Ticket printing fee $ 50 (For each performance)

LABOR |
a)
House Person $18.50 per hour (required at all times)
b) Student Labor $11 per hour/Non-Union Stage Hands $16.00 per
hour.
c) Sound Engineer $25.00 per hour
d) Front of House Manager required for all ticketed events. (Included
with the Box Office Service Agreement).
1) House Manager $18.50 per hour
2) Ushers $11 per hour. (Ushers are the responsibility of the
producer, and are not included in the box office service agreement)
e)
Police Security $30 per hour. Traffic control & House Security $12.75
per hour
f) Custodial overtime fee of $45 per hour. Overtime begins after:
10:00 pm M-F, 3:00 pm Saturday, and all day Sunday.
g) MATC reserves the right to add additional labor and breaks
if the crew calls are NOT within realistic limits. All labor has a three
hour minimum call time.
