Meet Zuzuki, Dental Assistant Student

I applied for the Dental Assistant program in August and I'll be done in May! I always wanted to go into the health care field but I didn't want to spend two to three years in school right now.

I needed something short but for an in-demand field, one that would always be needed in this economy… I chose this because there's always going to be some work out there.

In the program I go out to different clinics each week as part of my clinical training, and then I'll spend two weeks working in one clinic.

I would love to get involved in public health where I can give back to my community. Right now I'm involved in a program called Touched Twice. Doctors and dentists come out into the community and offer free help. It's nice to be a part of that.
