Meet Child Care Center Children and Teachers

Work with children in real world situations as you gain experience in the Early Childhood Education program at Madison College. Intern in our Child and Family Centers or in similar facilities where you learn from experienced education professionals while you work directly with children.

You will:

• Plan and implement lesson plans and activities
   
• Develop effective communication skills with children, staff and families
   
• Get the basics of managing a childcare facility or family child care business
   
• Gain hands-on experience teaching and encouraging young children

You’ll have fun, too, planning outings and activities for the children on campus throughout the year.
