Times and Locations

The Counseling Services are located in Room 159 at the Truax campus. Our On-Call Counseling Service is available during business hours.

Regular Business Hours:

Monday & Thursday – 8:30AM-5:00PM

Tuesday & Wednesday-8:30AM-7:00PM

Friday – 8:30AM-4:30PM

Summer Business Hours:

Monday - Thursday – 8:30AM-5:00PM

Friday – 8:30AM-4:30PM

The Downtown Education Center ( Room D116) and regional campuses may be contacted at the numbers listed below for times when counseling is available on site. When this is not the case, you may call (608) 246-6076 and someone will help you access the counseling service(s) appropriate to your situation.
