Advising and Career Resources has friendly staff to facilitate the academic and career success of MATC students, alumni, and prospective students. Academic Advise

Students may obtain assistance with academic advising at ACR, including:

• Assistance with course selection
• Assistance with college transfer processes and requirements
• College catalogs, college guidebooks, and scholarship information
• Articulation agreements with 4 year schools

Career and Employment Advise

Students may find help with choosing a career or program and finding employment at ACR, including:

• Assistance with choosing a career direction
• Help with resume and cover letter writing, and job search strategies
• Borrowing career books or computer and video/DVD resources

• Other services may include: employer visits, annual job fair, and career and employment workshops

MATC has a variety of other services and support to assist students, such as counseling services, childcare, disability resource services, and more.

Browse through the MATC course listing to find course listings, descriptions, and schedules.

In the Transfer Information System, you can see how MATC programs and courses will transfer to UW System schools.

In TechConnect, find on-campus student job postings and other off campus general listings under non-program jobs. Or, if you're within six months of graduating, enrolled in a professional development or similar class, or alumni, contact us for a username and password to look at job listings in your program area.
