How do I choose a career or program?

Many students find the career exploration process helpful. This process encourages individuals first to understand themselves, and to have a wide view of their options in the world of work. Next comes gathering information to narrow down choices and choosing a professional direction. Read more about the career planning process.

How can ACR help me choose a career or program?

Current and prospective students may meet with an advisor (available at each campus) for assistance with career exploration. Contact us to schedule an appointment.
At the Truax campus, career planning workshops are offered every week for current and prospective students. View the schedule and contact us if you would like to register for a workshop.
Students are welcome to borrow our career videos, DVDs, books, and other resources to assist you with choosing a career direction.
