Program Outcomes

Supervisory Management/Leadership Development, 10-196-1

  1. Communicate with members of the organization by demonstrating effective speaking, listening and coaching skills.

  2. Apply project management skills through the use of appropriate technology to implement, track and manage data reporting.

  3. Implement organizational polices and procedures for recruiting, interviewing, orienting, training and assessing performance.

  4. Achieve organizational and personal vision/mission through the application of acknowledged leadership theories and skills to create a supportive and ethical work environment.

  5. Facilitate the management of change, conflict, and diversity in an organization.

  6. Demonstrate effective facilitation skills to systematically solve problems while building a team environment.

  7. Ensure compliance with all Federal, state and local laws that pertain to organizations.

  8. Demonstrate skills in the areas of: assertiveness, time, stress management.

  9. Assume responsibility for continuous learning in order to maintain skills and enhance professional growth.

  10. Apply continuous improvement strategies to processes and systems in order to maximize productivity and quality.
