  1. Qualify for Wisconsin Real Estate and Brokers license and fulfill real estate continuing education requirements.
  2. Apply sales and marketing techniques to deliver successful real estate sales presentations.
  3. Apply technical knowledge and skills to use computer applications for real estate marketing and analysis.
  4. Present professional image by communicating effectively and confidently through presentations and written, electronic, verbal and nonverbal communication.
  5. Exhibit professional interpersonal skills by providing quality customer service, maintaining positive customer relations and demonstrating respect for client confidentiality.
  6. Develop and use business planning and management skills to guide and operate a successful real estate business.
  7. Apply appropriate real estate laws to draft enforceable contracts and forms, pass license exams, and practice legal real estate business.
  8. Demonstrate professional business skills through realistic goal setting, creative problem solving, practicing ethical behavior and applying appropriate teamwork skills in the work environment.
