Graduates of the Food Service Aide Program will be able to:
- Use proper safety and sanitation techniques.
- Prepare and maintain sandwich/salad bar.
- Assist in food preparation.
- Operate industrial dishwasher.
- Restock food service consumable supplies and foods.
- Demonstrate ability to use kitchen tools and appliances.
- Use appropriate verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills to work in teams.
- Demonstrate good work ethics through proper conduct, dress, and arriving on time for work.
