Program Outcomes

Food Service Aide, 30-303-5  

Graduates of the Food Service Aide Program will be able to:

  1. Use proper safety and sanitation techniques.
  2. Prepare and maintain sandwich/salad bar.
  3. Assist in food preparation.
  4. Operate industrial dishwasher.
  5. Restock food service consumable supplies and foods.
  6. Demonstrate ability to use kitchen tools and appliances.
  7. Use appropriate verbal and nonverbal communication skills.
  8. Demonstrate appropriate interpersonal skills to work in teams.
  9. Demonstrate good work ethics through proper conduct, dress, and arriving on time for work.
