1. Write a realtime translation theory system with a demonstrated ability to manage requisite dictionaries to ensure quality translation.
2. Demonstrate the ability to capture dialog with a Total Error Rate (TER) of 96 percent.
3. Model professional and ethical behavior in accordance with ADA Guidelines and deaf culture awareness.
