7. Explain and apply technical concepts and their interrelationships between the theory, terminology, and practical application of cosmetology services.

8. Provide a variety of cosmetology services utilizing technical skills as well as elements of design and fashion to meet the needs, well being, and satisfaction of clients.

9. Demonstrate safe and effective use of a variety of cosmetology products.
