Microsoft
Office Specialist is a globally recognized certification program,
which indicates that individuals have passed the exams and received credentials
to certify their productivity in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.

Microsoft Website contain Office Specialist competencies and skills that
you need for each exam.
Microsoft Office 2002 Exam
Track:
Master Certification (Candidates must successfully complete all
five of the required examinations.)

Expert Certification
(Candidates must successfully complete any one of the expert examinations.)
Core Certification
(Candidates must successfully complete any one of the expert examinations.)
MATC courses in Word, PowerPoint,
Excel and Access contain the competencies required for the exam.
Proficiency in the Beginning and Intermediate courses for Word and
Excel would be needed for the Core Certification. To take the
Expert Certification test, you should have competencies from Beginning,
Intermediate and Advanced Excel, Word or Access courses.
