WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES IN THE NURSING PROGRAMS?
Nursing Assistant
120 hour course
Work in hospitals or nursing homes to provide basic hygiene and safety needs. See for more information. Pay:$10-12/hr |
Practical Nursing
1 year program
Work in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and home care to provide for wider range of nursing needs. Pay: $14-16/hr |
Associate Degree Nursing
2 year program
Work in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and home care to plan, provide, direct, and evaluate nursing needs. Pay: $20-25/hr |
