Cement Mason

Cement masons may participate in the following job activities: setting screeds to line; tamping and rodding concrete; floating and troweling masonry surfaces; using edges and joints; chipping concrete; patching concrete; rubbing and brushing concrete; establishing grade lines and heights; forming valleys and summits; setting expansion strips; setting curb and gutter screeds; finishing curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveways, basement floors and wash panes; finishing foundations, walls and ceilings; laying out joints in special designs; laying risers and treads; making asphalt and master installations; waterproofing; spreading and finishing all epoxy materials on floors and other surfaces; and safety in the related areas.
