Upholstery with Alaine Barr
An upholstery student completed this chair in Alaine Barr's summer 2004 session. He purchased the chair frame from St. Vincent DePaul. The fabric is ultra suede and feels like a fine lambskin. This is his second project, his first being a small footstool.
Below, Leah is building a tufted easy chair.

Barb is working on a leather sofa sleeper.

This antique chair is Jane's second project.

Wanda is completing her second and matching wing back chair.

Diane has dramatically changed the style of this easy chair.

Peggy's grandchildren will be delighted with their newly recovered child's sofa.

Cathy is putting the finishing touches on her antique wing back chair.

Ken has finished the seats for his antique wood boat and is now completing the new seating for his pontoon boat.

This beautiful Chesapeake sofa was completed during the summer sofa class.
