Foods Courses with Lydia Critchley

Lydia Critchley teaches hands-on, down-to-earth cooking classes at MATC. Her recipes are easy and quick with homespun techniques that you will love to use in everyday life. Lydia's courses include a variety of styles of cuisine. Lydia also teaches classes in soap making and will teach a class in making "Towel Creatures" in Spring 2008. Current course offerings are listed at the upcoming class link at the bottom of the page.

Lydia also teaches at Madison Schools and Community Recreation (Warner Park), private cooking classes, and for groups and organizations.

Below are examples of fun food recipes that you can learn to make in the Fun Foods for Kids classes at MATC. Foods that are fun to make are also fun to eat! No experience is required, and all materials are provided. All students from age 8 to 108 are welcome.
