Summer 2008 Dane County ACE course offerings (See also Fall 2008 course offerings)

Registration for summer and fall ACE courses is open now. One week prior to the start of each class, the Adult and Continuing Education office makes a determination on a class being active or being cancelled. The minimum enrollment is 10 students for a class to be active; if there are less than 10 students, a class is cancelled due to low enrollment. If a class is full, please join the "wait list." If there are enough students waiting, ACE may create additional sections.

For Dane County ACE non-credit courses, students are issued (S)atisfactory, (U)nsatisfactory, or (W)ithdrawal as grades in Dane County ACE classes. The letter grade units are unofficial grades and do not constitute any grade point value. Some courses to meet certification requirements have attendance and work performance criteria to receive a (S)atisfactory grade. See also

"Nondegree" transcripts for these courses can be provided upon student request; phone the Transcript Office at 608-246-6013. Nondegree courses can be identified in the catalog (course) number by a sixth digit of 4 or 6. Students must officially drop a course in advance of the first class meeting to avoid being billed for the course.
