Support for Jan West
Late Sunday, December 26 evening Jan West, Financial Resources-Purchasing, and her family had to leave their home in Verona because of a fire. Their home suffered substantial damage and they are now in the process of finding a place to live for 3-6 months. Most of their personal belongings (including Christmas gifts) were a total loss because of the fire, smoke, and water damage. Jan and her husband, Mike, have two children, Kelly and Chris.Anyone wishing to make a monetary donation at this time can send it to Sandy Middleton/Purchasing at the Downtown campus. Checks can be made out directly to Jan West. Starting Monday, January 3, there will be a card with Roger Thompson/Bonnie Vandre-Blewett in the Administration Building who will also be accepting donations. Expenses are adding up fast since they had to leave the house with only pajamas.
