The Barber/Cosmetology Salon Truax (located in the Mitby
Threatre dressing rooms) is offering shampoo and hair cuts for
$5.00 on February 2, 3, 9-13 and 16-20 between the hours of
12:30-4:15pm.

Vision Screening Clinic in room 314 of the Truax campus is now open. The screening is performed by optometric technician students directly supervised by program instructors. The screenings are free-of-charge and are available to anyone in the greater Madison area. Some of the tests performed within the 1-hour screening are:
The vision screening is not a complete eye examination, at the
conclusion of the screening it will be determined if the
individual requires further eye care from a vision specialist.
Vision screenings are available by appointment only and on
the following days:
Wednesdays: 12:30pm to 3:30pm
Thursdays: 12:30pm to 1:30pm

The Optical Dispensary, located in Room 314 of the Truax campus, is operated by optometric technician students under direct instructor supervision and serves MATC students, staff, faculty, alumni members and retired faculty/staff.
Free-of-charge services include:
eyewear adjustments
minor eyewear repair - nose pads, screws, etc.
Eyeglasses (dress, safety, small readers and sun wear) may
be purchased from the optical dispensary. An appointment
is strongly recommended when selecting and ordering
eyewear.
Hours of Operation:
Tuesdays: 12:30pm to 2:20pm (may be closed selected
Tuesdays due to lab exams) and Fridays: 11:30am to
3:20pm
