General Information

Department of Financial Resources invites you to check out their website. You can access office information, forms, documents, manuals, training materials, policy and procedure information and much more. Please visit http://matcmadison.edu/ad/financialresources/. You can also get to their site through the MATC website under "Employee Resources."

Short-Term Emergency & Book Loans
Available funds have decreased significantly, so fewer students will be eligible for short-term loans. Instructors are encouraged to place textbooks on reserve in the library until students receive financial aid checks. Students interested in short-term loans must visit with a counselor or regional generalist to discuss their specific situation before eligibility is determined. For more information contact Tim Jacobson (246-6625), tjacobson@matcmadison.edu

Work-Study Initiative
This new centralized approach of hiring student employees requires supervisors to file job orders with Advising & Career Resources. Students must also submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and a MATC Student Employment Application before hire. Contact Tim Jacobson (246-6625), tjacobson@matcmadison.edu
