Scott Beard, Director of Institutional Effectiveness at Madison Area Technical College, has been named “Outstanding Indian Educator of the Year” by the Wisconsin Indian Education Association (WIEA).

MATC student Jennifer White Eagle has been honored as Outstanding Vocational/Technical Student of the Year by the Wisconsin Indian Education Association.
