The Truax Shipping & Receiving Department is requesting your assistance in locating a missing package. On September 15, UPS dropped off a package containing an HP Jetdirect card (mfg # J7934-91011 or J7934-61011). This item was purchased on an MATC PO to Paragon Development Systems.

The item was dropped shipped from Hewlett Packard, but may have Paragon Development Systems (PDS) on the box, since it was ordered from them. The UPS tracking number is 1Z08A31F0360633031.
