RE:  BestFlex(EBC) Enrollment
DATE:  November 28, 2006

The deadline to enroll for BestFlex(EBC) is Monday, December 4!  Information was mailed to employees' home addresses in early November.

Please keep in mind:
*Even if you are currently participating, you must enroll again for next year;
*Effective January 1, 2007, new IRS guidelines have restricted where the Benny Card can be used - please read the information in the mailing you received.
*You must use either the phone or internet enrollment method, we no longer use the manual enrollment forms.  Instructions for both methods are in the mailing you received.
*Correction!  The phone number for payroll was incorrect in your mailing.  The correct number is 258-2436. We apologize for the error.
*Additional information on the BestFlex plan may be found on the EBC website at www.ebcflex.com.
*If you have questions about the enrollment process, contact the Human Resources Office at 246-6902.
