As a result of Technology Services efforts to continuously improve our service to you, all telephone problems can now be reported to the Help Desk at extension 6666.
Problems addressed by the Help Desk include no dial tone, static, physical telephone damage and Audix (voice mail) access.Technology Services will make every effort to repair a damaged phone within 24 hours where possible.
Please note that all instructor moves continue to be coordinated through Facilities. PSRP staff and administrator moves continue to be coordinated by Kathy Powell in Technology Services. Please provide advance notice for move requests to ensure that your phone move can be accommodated on the day that you desire.
