MADISON AREA TECHNICAL COLLEGE WELCOMES NEW STUDENTS
AT “NEW STUDENT DAZE” EVENTS

Madison Area Technical College will welcome new students at “New Student Daze” events scheduled at two of the college’s Madison locations and each of the college’s regional campuses. The event offers “one-stop shopping” to prepare for the new school year. At the event, new students can obtain “One Card” student identification cards, lockers, email and computer access accounts, parking passes, bus passes and buy books. Students can visit stations in the main lobby of each location for information on a variety of college services including advising, counseling, and financial aid; clubs, community involvement and athletics; day care; tutoring; career services and campus jobs. A series of College Success Workshops will provide information on instructor expectations, meeting new people and first day do’s and don’ts.
