How to Use AskMATC

1. From the MATC homepage http://matcmadison.edu , type in keywords from your question, in the search bar under Ask MATC and click the Go button.
2. A list of questions containing the keywords you typed in will pull up. Click on whichever question you want to know the answer to.
3. If you can’t find the question and answer you are looking for, you can submit a question by clicking on the Submit a Question tab on the top of the page. Fill in the subject in the subject box and type your question in the question box.
4. Next, in the Category drop down box, pick which category the question belongs under. Then click the Submit Question button.
5. If you have not previously created an Ask MATC account, it will ask you to fill in some information on the next page that comes up to create a new account. After you have filled in the text boxes, click the Create Account button.
6. The next page will give you options of questions related to the question you asked. Click the Finish Submitting Question button. A MATC staff will email you back a response within 24 hours.
