How to Use AskMATC
- From the MATC homepage http://matcmadison.edu , type in keywords from your question, in the search bar under Ask MATC and click the Go button.
- A list of questions containing the keywords you typed in will pull up. Click on whichever question you want to know the answer to.
- If you can’t find the question and answer you are looking for, you can submit a question by clicking on the Submit a Question tab on the top of the page. Fill in the subject in the subject box and type your question in the question box.
- Next, in the Category drop down box, pick which category the question belongs under. Then click the Submit Question button.
- If you have not previously created an Ask MATC account, it will ask you to fill in some information on the next page that comes up to create a new account. After you have filled in the text boxes, click the Create Account button.
- The next page will give you options of questions related to the question you asked. Click the Finish Submitting Question button. A MATC staff will email you back a response within 24 hours.
