Youth Apprenticeship Program
MATC will grant the state-approved advanced standing credits to program students who have successfully completed an approved Youth Apprenticeship Program and enrolled in the corresponding MATC program.

Procedures
- The student must present a certification of competency from the Department of Workforce Development.
- The student must enroll at MATC in a program that is included in the Youth Apprenticeship Agreement within 27 months of high school graduation.
- The division will determine which particular credits within the program the completed Youth Apprenticeship will satisfy.
