• For graphic assistance, first complete a Graphic Request Form* (.pdf). Once completed forward to Teresa Werhane. We'll review your request and then meet with you to review your project before it is assigned to a designer. Your project will be prioritized into the graphics project schedule once you have completed a request form and met with a Communications staff member.
